After having in-depth understanding of the needs of our customers, which cannot be understood from the drawings alone, we propose the optimal plan from various angles including technical aspects.

The processing review department discusses with each department in the company how to respond to the request at the stage of inquiries from customers. In order to accurately grasp the issues, we will go to the customer's site and only after deepening the specialized understanding while looking at the actual product, we proceed to the processing process. Since it is also the department that manages all processes within the company, It manages a production system that can flexibly respond to new orders.

It is a drawing department that draws a surface from 3D solid data of a mold. Even if there is no numerical information in the 3D data received from the customer, we will pick up the line, detect and measure the required dimensions, and convert it into a plan view that can be transmitted to the site. After drawing, we will inspect the drawing and inform you so that you can operate it reliably.

The machining department is in charge of machining with equipment machines such as Large Gate-type Machining Center, 5-face machining centers, and floor-top horizontal milling machines. The fusion of equipment and engineers, such as creating and simulating machining programs using computers and NC equipment, and preparing for machining using a 50-ton crane for large products, producing highly accurate products.

The inspection department is a department that inspects and measures products after processing. Even large products that are difficult to handle inside the machine can be handled by our equipment such as 3D measuring instruments making high-precision inspection achievable.
